QB Layne Hatcher is transferring to Arkansas State from Alabama according to his father. Hatcher committed to Arkansas State before taking a scholarship offer to Alabama. He has been behind some solid QB's at Alabama, and is sure to help the A-State QB room once he gets on campus.
