I've been able to get a few items of interest for the scrimmage today.
First the starting five on the defensive line will be held out. They need to let guys compete and fill the rest of the spots.
On lineman I'm told is expected to get one of those spots is William Bradley-King.
Caleb Caston will return within the next week.
On the safeties Michael Johnson, BJ Edmonds, and Jeff Gibson are doing good. I'm told Johnson could be "special". The key is continuity with these guys.
I'm told things will probably be pretty bland today as far as offense goes. Offensive line will get the work they need.
